AIP Realty Trust Reports Annual Meeting Voting Outcomes
AIP Realty Trust has released the results of its annual general and special meeting of unitholders held on June 26, 2026, in Vancouver. The meeting saw 40.35% representation of Class A trust units and 23.68% of preferred units. All resolutions proposed by the trustees were approved.
The board of trustees, consisting of Greg Vorwaller, Leslie Wulf, Bruce Hall, Nathan Smith, Kobi Dorenbush, and Samantha Adams, was re-elected. MNP LLP was re-appointed as auditor for the following year. The Trust's unit option plan was re-approved, receiving strong support from both Class A and Preferred Units voters.
