AI/ML Innovations Inc. (CSE:AIML), based in Toronto, has announced the engagement of Guerilla Capital, an independent investor relations firm located in Ontario. Guerilla will enhance communications and investor outreach for AIML.
The engagement begins immediately for a 12-month term, with the possibility of extension. The service fee is Cdn$120,000, with Cdn$30,000 payable upfront and the remainder quarterly. The agreement can be terminated after three months.
AIML Innovations is a global tech company using AI for digital health solutions. It is traded on the Canadian Securities Exchange and other markets.
