AgroGeneration: Analysis of 2025 results and 2026 outlook
AgroGeneration, a Ukrainian producer of grains and oilseeds, has announced its preliminary results for 2025 and is planning for the 2026 agricultural season. Despite unfavorable weather conditions, the net wheat yield reached 3.0 t/ha, totaling 28,000 tonnes. Sunflower, although affected by water shortages, reached 23,000 tonnes. Soybeans and corn were also impacted by weather variations affecting their yields.
The company has sold 46% of its 2025 harvest. As part of its business strategy, it is retaining some of its stock to benefit from anticipated price increases in 2026. In addition, the sale of 6,600 hectares located in a high-risk area has been finalized, leading to improved operational efficiency. Amid the ongoing war in Ukraine, tensions are impacting all agricultural operations.
