Agripower signs a €4.6 million contract for a methanization unit in the East

Agripower France has signed a €4.6 million contract to develop an agricultural methanization unit using biomethane injection in eastern France. This facility will be able to inject 200 Nm3/h and treat 30,000 tonnes of livestock effluent per year. Work will begin in June 2025, with commissioning scheduled for fall 2026.
Agripower, through its subsidiary Agripower Partner, will acquire a 35.47% stake in the company operating the project, with voting rights increasing this stake to 49.90% for ten years. The total investment is estimated at €8 million, supplemented by bank financing.
This transaction boosts Agripower's order book, offsetting the recent cancellation of three small contracts. Revenue for 2025-2026 is expected to be between €12 million and €15 million.
