Prise de Participation Stratégique d'Agripower France dans l'Allier
Agripower France annonce une prise de participation de 38 % dans un projet de méthanisation agricole dans l'Allier. Ce projet "Greenfield" vise à construire une unité de biométhane de 106 Nm3/h, capable de traiter 10 900 tonnes d'intrants agricoles par an. Les démarches administratives sont en cours, avec un contrat de travaux en finalisation.
Les investissements s'élèvent à 5,5 M€, avec une contribution de 0,8 M€ d'Agripower Partner. Les travaux devraient débuter au second semestre 2026 pour une mise en service prévue fin 2027. Le biométhane sera injecté dans le réseau GRDF à tarif réglementé.
Cette opération s'inscrit dans la stratégie de développement d'Agripower France et démontre leur expertise en biométhane.
