Agripower succeeds in its capital increase of 0.6 million euros
Agripower France has announced the successful completion of its €0.6 million capital increase. This transaction was carried out through the issuance of 631,578 shares at a price of €0.95 per share, with trading scheduled for July 21, 2026. The operation aims to strengthen the company's equity and support its development in the biomethane sector.
This capital increase reflects investor confidence in Agripower's growth strategy. The fundraising, supported in particular by the Vaury family, will finance the working capital requirements of ongoing projects. The company indicates that its strategic plan ensures a cash flow horizon of more than 12 months.
