AGRANA Posts Strong EBIT Growth in Q1 2026|27 Despite Revenue Dip
AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG revealed its preliminary first-quarter results for 2026|27, showcasing a significant increase in operating profit (EBIT) compared to the previous year. Despite a decrease in overall revenue to €855.3 million due to reduced volumes in the Sugar segment, EBIT surged to €35.4 million, up by €29.7 million from the prior year. This improvement is linked to the enhanced performance in the Starch and Sugar segments, driven by strategic initiatives and the absence of previous restructuring impacts.
