Agilyx ASA Expands EPR Platform through French Joint Venture

Agilyx ASA, through its subsidiary GreenDot, has entered a joint venture in France with Reclay International. GreenDot acquired 50% of Valorie SAS, including its subsidiaries Léko and Léko Pro. This move aims to strengthen Agilyx's EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) platform.

Léko, a significant player in France, offers an alternative to market leader Citeo. Since 2020, Léko's revenue grew to EUR 41.1 million by 2025, capturing a market share of roughly 2%. France generates 4.5 million tonnes of plastic waste annually, with a recycling rate of 27%, below the EU average of 42%.

This venture provides strategic synergies for GreenDot via enhancements in recycling feedstock access and cost savings in IT and digital tools. The deal, valued at EUR 4 million, is funded without dilution, aiming to expand Léko's market share to 10%.
