AEVIS VICTORIA SA Reports Steady Growth for MRH Switzerland AG in Q3 2026
AEVIS VICTORIA SA announced that its hotel division, MRH Switzerland AG, experienced growth in the first nine months of 2026. Revenues reached CHF 159.5 million, marking a 1.3% increase from 2025. The third quarter showed robust business performance, with a notable uptick in September.
Accommodation revenue rose by 1.8% to CHF 95.7 million by the end of September 2026. The average daily room rate climbed by 5.4% to CHF 607, and revenue per available room grew by 5.1% to CHF 348. Occupancy remained stable at 57.4%.
September saw revenue increase by 9.2% to CHF 16.3 million. The average daily room rate rose by 17.9% to CHF 488, and RevPAR improved by 14.3% to CHF 295. Noteworthy contributions came from flagship properties like the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa and AlpenGold Hotel Davos.
MRH Switzerland AG plans to continue enhancing its hotel portfolio, relying on asset quality and destination positioning.
