AEVIS VICTORIA SA: Continued revenue growth in Q3 2026

AEVIS VICTORIA SA announces an 8.2% increase in consolidated gross revenue for the third quarter of 2026, reaching CHF 972.7 million. Net revenue remained stable at CHF 789.4 million, showing a slight increase of 0.6% on a like-for-like basis. Growth was driven primarily by the healthcare sector, notably through Swiss Medical Network.

Swiss Medical Network, comprising 18 clinics and hospitals as well as 80 outpatient centers, recorded an 11.3% increase in gross revenue, reaching CHF 804.2 million. The hospital sector saw a slight decrease in net revenue of 0.5%, while the outpatient sector experienced a 5.2% increase.

In the hotel sector, MRH Switzerland AG saw a 1.3% increase in revenue, accompanied by a 5.4% rise in the average room rate. Finally, Swiss Hotel Properties SA observed a 12.2% increase in rental income despite a decline in apartment sales.
