AEVIS VICTORIA SA and See-Spital: Strategic Partnership with Infracore SA

See-Spital in Horgen will improve its finances through an agreement with Infracore SA. This partnership involves the sale of its real estate to Infracore while retaining it under a long-term lease. This "sale-and-leaseback" strategy allows See-Spital to repay a CHF 100 million loan maturing in July 2026. Infracore, with its expertise in healthcare infrastructure, owns a large real estate portfolio, ensuring efficient management of hospital facilities.

This partnership frees up financial resources to invest in medical services and digitalization at See-Spital, while centralizing real estate operations at Infracore. This collaboration strengthens the hospital's financial and strategic stability. Lorenzo Marazzotta, Chairman of the See-Spital Foundation Board, and Eric Frey, CEO of Infracore SA, see this as a step forward for the sustainable development of the site, meeting the needs of patients and the region.
