Advicenne publishes its monthly voting rights figures

Paris, September 3, 2026 – Advicenne, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has announced the number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital. As of August 31, 2026, the share capital consisted of 15,282,626 shares. The total gross voting rights amount to 19,410,541, while net voting rights reached 19,363,688, the latter taking into account treasury shares without voting rights. This monthly disclosure complies with Article L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. It should be noted that 222,222 new shares were issued in August 2026 following a bond transaction.
