Adomos in discussions to extend the maturity of OCABSA 2021
On February 28, 2025, Adomos, a specialist in rental investment real estate, announced that it was in negotiations to extend the maturity of its OCABSA issued in March 2021. This postponement responds to its strategic reorientation focused on customer knowledge and its future financing needs. The company, in receivership since June 2024, is thus continuing its development project with a new team.
Adomos entered into these OCABSAs with Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC, and various amendments have since modified their implementation. The outcome of the ongoing discussions will be communicated shortly by the company whose shares are traded under the ISIN code FR001400UT31.
