Adomos Combined General Meeting on June 30, 2025
Adomos has announced that it will hold its Combined General Meeting on June 30, 2025, at 75 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, Paris. The notice of meeting detailing the agenda has been available since May 23 in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (Bulletin of Obligatory Legal Announcements). Shareholders can access the preparatory documents on the company's website or request them up to five days before the meeting.
To facilitate participation, the event will be streamed live via videoconference. Shareholders will need to provide proof of ownership to receive the login link. Adomos, a rental real estate company, has been in receivership since June 2024 and is considering a strategic shift with a new development project.
