Adler Group Completes Quartier Hoym Project in Dresden

The Adler Group has successfully completed the Quartier Hoym project at Dresden's Neumarkt. After handing over to owner Aberdeen on April 1, 2026, final touches were added by the end of August. This project closes the last development gap at the Neumarkt, creating a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood.

The site development began in 2015 with land acquisitions from the Free State of Saxony and the City of Dresden. The project comprises 258 apartments and 9,800 m² of commercial space, featuring office, retail, and hotel or hostel areas. Historically accurate reconstructions, like the Palais Hoym's facade, were pivotal to the project.

The Adler Group acknowledged Aberdeen's partnership, emphasizing the project's blend of modern amenities with historical preservation. The development showcases the synergy of integrating high-quality housing within a historic city landscape.
