Adler Enhances Real Estate Portfolio with Innovative Improvements

Adler Group S.A. has announced significant advancements in its Berlin real estate portfolio, comprising 17,500 apartments. These updates include enhanced tenant communication, digital property management, and eco-friendly heating systems. The introduction of a Tenant App allows for efficient service and management, providing tenants with 24/7 access to essential documents and facilitating swift damage reporting. An AI-based tenant hotline supports multi-language communication, ensuring accessible service at all times.

Moreover, Adler has optimized internal processes via digital ticketing, which allows property caretakers to document issues directly during inspections. This digital transformation aims to increase transparency and reduce repair times. From August 1, minor repairs will be coordinated with partner GIG24, promising immediate appointments for most cases, with many issues resolved within seven days.

Aiming for CO₂ neutrality, Adler is converting its properties to a climate-friendly heating system. The first 19 properties are already equipped with the PAUL Net Zero technology, which combines heat pumps with AI energy optimization. This strategic enhancement not only reduces emissions but also aligns buildings with future energy demands, ensuring tenant satisfaction and portfolio value.
