Admission of Securities to the Official List Announced by FCA
On June 15, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of various securities to the Official List. Effective immediately, several securities from prominent issuers are now listed. These include securities from Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A., Onyx ETC Securities Public Limited Company, Barclays Bank PLC, Royal Bank of Canada, and First Abu Dhabi Bank P.J.S.C.
Citigroup's securities are linked to preference shares with a maturity date in 2032. Onyx introduces spot return crude oil securities, while Barclays offers securitised derivatives due in 2028. Royal Bank of Canada issues callable green senior notes maturing in 2030, and First Abu Dhabi Bank presents floating rate notes due in 2031.
