Admission of New Securities to the Official List by FCA

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of various securities to the Official List effective December 9, 2025. Notably, CT Global Managed Portfolio Trust PLC has introduced 8 million income shares. Invesco Physical Markets PLC lists secured gold- and silver-linked certificates, and Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. has introduced notes linked to preference shares due in 2031 and 2032.

Absa Group Limited lists substantial subordinated Tier 2 notes due 2036. Meanwhile, Atlas Metals Group plc and other entities, like Xtrackers ETC plc, Amundi Physical Metals plc, and WisdomTree, have also joined with debt and equity offerings, including commodity and cryptocurrency-linked securities.

The notice also includes iShares Digital Assets AG's Bitcoin ETP and numerous WisdomTree products, covering natural resources, metals, and cryptocurrencies, in various leveraged and inverse forms.
