Adjustment of the Conversion Ratio of Atari Convertible Bonds
On May 12, 2026 in Paris, Atari announced the adjustment of the conversion ratio of bonds convertible into new shares, maturing on July 31, 2026. This decision follows the reduction in the number of shares in circulation by a reverse split announced on May 5, 2026.
The reverse stock split combined 200 existing shares of €0.01 each into one new share of €2.00, thus changing the bond conversion ratio. Holders of 200 bonds can now subscribe to one new ordinary share at a rate of 0.0050 shares per bond, allowing for a maximum of 995,773 new shares.
The number of shares obtained will be rounded down, with cash compensation for fractional shares. This transaction is documented in the BALO of May 8, 2026.
