Adidas Extends CEO's Contract and Proposes Supervisory Board Transition

Adidas AG has announced the extension of Bjørn Gulden’s contract as Chief Executive Officer until December 31, 2030. Gulden, who joined as CEO in January 2023, will continue to lead the company. Additionally, the Supervisory Board has extended Michelle Robertson’s contract, overseeing Global Human Resources, until the end of 2031.

In line with its upcoming Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2026, adidas proposes the re-election of Nassef Sawiris to its Supervisory Board for three more years. Post-elections, Sawiris is expected to assume the role of Chairman, succeeding Thomas Rabe. Furthermore, Ian Gallienne is also slated for re-election, and Mathias Döpfner is proposed as a new member.
