Appointment of an independent expert by Adeunis for its proposed public takeover bid

Adeunis, a specialist in LoRaWAN IoT solutions, announces the appointment of SORGEM Evaluation, represented by Thomas Hachette, as its independent expert. This appointment is part of its recapitalization project, preceded by a voluntary simplified public tender offer by Webdyn. The objective is to provide a report on the financial terms of the offer, in accordance with the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

The Board of Directors of Adeunis approved this appointment following the recommendation of its ad hoc committee. After receiving the report, including a fairness opinion, the Board will issue a reasoned opinion on the offer and its impacts. This opinion and the report will be published in a response document to be submitted to the AMF.
