Adeunis: Availability of documents for the Simplified Public Tender Offer

On September 14, 2026, Adeunis announced the availability of documents in response to the simplified public tender offer initiated by Webdyn SAS. This offer, presented by CIC, concerns the shares and warrants of Adeunis, at a unit price of €0.84 per share and €22,700 per warrant. The offer period is 10 trading days, with the schedule set by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

The AMF approved the Response Note with visa no. 26-338 on September 11, 2026, confirming that the document is complete and understandable. The "Other Information" document, which supplements the Response Note, was also filed with the AMF and has been publicly available since September 14, 2026.

These documents are available on the AMF and Adeunis websites, or free of charge at the Adeunis and CIC headquarters. Before the offer opens, the AMF and Euronext will publish the terms and conditions and the timetable. Adeunis notes that the offer is not universal and may be subject to restrictions in certain countries.
