Adesso SE Extends Kristina Gerwert's Executive Board Contract Until 2031

adesso SE has announced the extension of Kristina Gerwert's contract on the Executive Board until June 2031. Originally set to expire in June 2027, the Supervisory Board's decision ensures continuity in leadership for cross-functional areas. Gerwert, a member since 2023, initially led adesso's Human Resources starting in 2011. She has significantly contributed to adesso’s growth as Germany's largest IT service provider. Her responsibilities on the board include HR, Marketing, and Communication, among others.

The company's "move AI" initiative is a key focus, positioning adesso for the Agentic Era by integrating AI into the value chain. This requires developing skills, cooperation, and organizational change. Gerwert brings extensive HR experience and insight into organizational dynamics to support this transformation.
