ACTIA Group: Update of Voting Rights as of April 30, 2025

ACTIA Group, a public limited company based in Toulouse, has published an update regarding the distribution of its share capital and voting rights as of April 30, 2025. The company's share capital consists of 20,099,941 shares. The total gross number of voting rights amounts to 32,438,280, while the net total reaches 32,421,495, after deduction of non-voting shares.

In accordance with the bylaws adopted at the December 2022 General Meeting, any entity reaching or exceeding certain shareholding thresholds must notify the company. These thresholds include 1% and its multiples up to 5%, as well as levels up to 95%. This rule came into effect with the company's transfer to Euronext Growth on February 2, 2023.
