PAUL Tech AG Seeks Extension for EUR 35 Million Bond
On September 11, 2026, PAUL Tech AG announced its intention to extend the term of its EUR 35 million bond by two years. The bond, originally due on December 1, 2026, will now mature on December 1, 2028, subject to bondholder approval. The extension aims to give the company additional time to implement its PAUL Net Zero heating solution and complete refinancing efforts.
Ongoing discussions with equity investors and delayed contract negotiations have prompted the request for extension. The interest rate on the notes remains fixed at 9.00% per annum. PAUL Tech AG plans two partial repayments of 10% each of the principal amount in 2027, with the remaining balance to be settled in 2028. Details about the noteholder voting process are available on their website and will be published in the German Federal Gazette.
