Aclara Resources Achieves Environmental Milestone for Penco Module

Aclara Resources Inc. has received a positive Environmental Qualification Resolution (RCA) for its Penco Module project in Chile. The RCA, published in Chile's Environmental Impact Assessment System, marks the formal conclusion of the project's environmental assessment process. This development is crucial for Aclara as it sets the environmental conditions and commitments for the project's progression.

The project, in partnership with Grupo CAP, can now move to the next phase, which involves obtaining sectoral permits for construction and operation, completing engineering activities, and fulfilling community commitments.
