Accor's 2025 Financial Performance Surpasses Expectations
On February 19, 2026, Accor announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2025, showcasing strong performance. Revenue per available room (RevPAR) witnessed a 4.2% increase year-on-year, with a notable 7.0% growth in the fourth quarter. The group's net unit growth was 3.7%, and recurring EBITDA rose by 13% at constant currency, reaching €1,201 million.
Accor opened 303 hotels in 2025, expanding its portfolio to over 881,000 rooms. The Luxury & Lifestyle division exhibited robust performance with a 9.5% RevPAR increase in Q4, boosted by both pricing and occupancy. In the Americas, RevPAR grew by 11.7%, driven largely by events in Brazil.
For the full year, Accor's total revenue climbed to €5,639 million, growing by 4.5% at constant currency. Net profit, however, declined due to the lack of capital gains from asset disposals, totaling €449 million from €610 million in 2024. Nevertheless, adjusted net profit rose by 19.1% to €504 million.
The company announced plans for a €450 million share buyback for 2026 and confirmed medium-term growth ambitions despite a challenging macroeconomic environment.
