Accelleron Shareholders Approve All Proposals at Annual General Meeting
At Accelleron Industries AG's Annual General Meeting held in Baden, Switzerland, all proposals from the Board of Directors were approved by shareholders. A significant highlight was the approval of a 20% increase in dividend, bringing it to CHF 1.50 per share. The dividend distribution is scheduled for May 8, 2026.
Dr. Monika Krüsi has been elected as the new Chair of the Board, succeeding Oliver Riemenschneider. The AGM also saw the election of new Board members, Mieke Van de Capelle and Reto Suter, while confirming the re-election of existing members. However, Gabriele Sons did not stand for re-election.
