Accelleron Industries Proposes Changes to Its Board of Directors

Accelleron Industries AG is proposing significant changes to its Board of Directors ahead of the Annual General Meeting on April 28, 2026. The company has announced Monika Krüsi as the proposed new Chair, while Gabriele Sons and Oliver Riemenschneider will not stand for re-election. Monika Krüsi, currently the Vice-Chair and Chair of the Audit Committee, brings significant governance experience to her new role.

Gabriele Sons, serving as Chair of the Nomination and Compensation Committee since 2022, will step down, with the Board expressing gratitude for her contributions. Mieke Van de Capelle is proposed as a new Board member, bringing over 30 years of HR leadership experience. She is currently Chief Human Resources Officer at dsm-firmenich.
