All for One Group SE has acquired a 25.1% minority stake in BrightFlare, an Austrian cybersecurity specialist. This move aims to bolster All for One’s presence in the cybersecurity sector, a market with growing demand.

BrightFlare, headquartered in Graz, offers cybersecurity services to protect industrial plants and critical infrastructure. The company specializes in Awareness & Testing, IT Security, and Operational Technology Security.

This strategic investment aligns with All for One’s goals of enhancing its cybersecurity portfolio, addressing increasing threats, and meeting regulatory demands. All for One's 4,000 clients across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland will benefit from BrightFlare's expertise.

Looking ahead, BrightFlare plans both organic and inorganic growth, with intentions to expand its technological capabilities and geographical presence, particularly in Germany.
