ABOUT YOU Holding SE Announces Record Year with Over EUR 2 Billion in Revenue
ABOUT YOU Holding SE has reported a strong fiscal year 2024/2025, achieving over EUR 2 billion in revenue. The group's revenue increased by 3.4% year-on-year, reaching EUR 2,001.7 million, while adjusted EBITDA improved significantly to EUR 28.1 million. The number of active customers rose by 4.8% to 12.9 million.
The company has expanded its product range to include around 750,000 items, supporting growth in its commerce section. SCAYLE, ABOUT YOU's enterprise commerce platform, saw a 23% rise in annual recurring revenue. The Group's free cash flow increased to EUR 55.5 million, ensuring robust liquidity.
ABOUT YOU anticipates moderate growth in the upcoming fiscal year, driven by strategic extensions and enhanced customer engagement. Completion of a takeover by Zalando SE is anticipated for summer 2025, pending regulatory approvals.
