ABIONYX: Details on Share Capital and Voting Rights

ABIONYX Pharma, listed on the Euronext Paris market, has released its share capital data for June 30, 2026. The total number of shares outstanding is 42,568,071. Regarding voting rights, the gross total is 52,292,148, while the net total is 52,017,701.

The calculation of gross voting rights includes all shares, even those without voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation. Net voting rights, on the other hand, exclude these latter shares, referring to rights exercisable at the General Meeting. This distinction is intended to better inform the public.
