ABEO: Declaration of shares and voting rights as of October 31, 2026

In accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF's General Regulation, ABEO has published its share capital distribution as of October 31, 2026. The total number of shares is 8,366,294, representing a total of 13,391,143 theoretical voting rights. However, ABEO itself holds some of these shares, which affects the number of voting rights.

Indeed, the number of registered shares held by the shareholder is 35,349, and the number of bearer shares is 12,000.
