ABEO: Declaration of Shares and Voting Rights as of July 31, 2026

ABEO has published its statement regarding shares and voting rights as of July 31, 2026. According to Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, the total number of shares comprising the share capital is 8,330,917. In addition, the number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 13,357,317.

The shares without voting rights are distributed as follows: 35,349 are registered treasury shares and 11,202 are bearer treasury shares. No other type of treasury share is mentioned. Thus, the exercisable voting rights, calculated after deducting the treasury shares, amount to 13,310,766.
