ABB Ltd Executes Share Buybacks in July 2026

ABB Ltd has announced the completion of a share repurchase scheme between July 9 and July 15, 2026. During this period, the company reacquired 57,500 shares in alignment with its ongoing buyback program first revealed on February 6, 2026. This initiative is conducted in agreement with both Swiss and European financial regulations.

The transactions, carried out independently by a bank on a separate trading line at SIX Swiss Exchange, involved significant share acquisitions. On July 13, 16,500 shares were bought at an average price of CHF 83.8473, totaling CHF 1,383,480. The subsequent days saw further purchases amounting to CHF 1,313,200.01 and CHF 2,162,820.01 for respectively 15,500 and 25,500 shares.
