74Software Shares and Voting Rights Update
Paris, January 14, 2026 - 74Software has released updated figures regarding its share capital and voting rights as of December 31, 2025. This announcement complies with Articles L.233-8 II and R.225-73 I of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the RGAMF.
The total number of shares in the company is reported to be 29,746,194. The total number of theoretical voting rights stands at 41,288,507. This figure includes all shares with voting rights, even those with suspended rights, in accordance with RGAMF Article 223-11. The number of exercisable voting rights is noted as 40,816,540.
