The company executed the purchase of 4,380 shares at a weighted average price of €37.41 per share, amounting to a total transaction value of €163,839.
On June 18, 2026, 74Software acquired 3,369 shares at an average price of €37.58, totaling €126,609. The following day, the company purchased 1,011 shares at an average price of €36.82, for a transaction amount of €37,230. All transactions occurred on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR).
