Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants Unveils 51-100 List for 2025
On November 18, 2025, Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants announced the extended list ranking establishments from 51 to 100, highlighting the region's rich culinary diversity. The compilation, based on the votes of 300 industry experts, features restaurants from 26 cities. This list acts as a prelude to the main awards ceremony, set for December 2 in Antigua, Guatemala.
This year's ranking includes 13 newcomers from 11 cities, with Shizen in Lima debuting at No.62. São Paulo features prominently with six entries, marked by a new contestant, Cepa, at No.73. Cities like Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Panama City, and Santiago each contribute four entries.
Noteworthy newcomers are Umi and Caleta in Panama City, Oseille in Rio de Janeiro, Em in Mexico City, and Fukasawa in Santiago. Meanwhile, Ana from Guatemala City wins the American Express One to Watch Award at No.94.
