4finance Appoints Nicholas Philpott as Group CFO

4finance, a major digital consumer lending group in Europe, announced Nicholas John Philpott as its new Group Chief Financial Officer. His appointment will be effective from January 10, 2026. Philpott has been with 4finance since 2014, most recently serving as Head of Tax and previously leading HR and administration within the executive committee.

His prior experience includes roles as Partner at EY and Managing Director positions at Credit Suisse and Renaissance Capital. Kieran Donnelly, Group CEO of 4finance, praised Philpott's extensive international experience and knowledge of the company as assets to the CFO role.

Philpott expressed excitement about leading the finance team during the company's ongoing development and exploration of new markets.
