3U HOLDING AG: 2025 Financial Performance and Strategic Moves

3U HOLDING AG has reported its audited financial results for 2025, highlighting significant investments and strategy realignments. The company experienced a slight fall in revenue to EUR 53.0m, down from EUR 55.7m in 2024, mainly attributable to reduced business in the ICT segment.

The Group's EBITDA took a hit, reaching EUR –3.7m, down from a positive EUR 3.8m the previous year, primarily due to increased costs and restructuring expenses. Despite these challenges, the company expanded its strategic Bitcoin holdings and succeeded in integrating the EMPUR Group, driving a notable revenue increase in the HVAC segment by 11.3% to EUR 36.2m.

For 2026, 3U HOLDING anticipates a return to profitability with a forecasted revenue of EUR 55-60m and EBITDA between EUR 6-8m. This optimism is fueled by the full commissioning of new turbines at Langendorf and potential gains from restructuring measures.
