3U HOLDING AG Completes Langendorf Wind Farm Upgrade

3U HOLDING AG has announced the successful completion of its largest repowering project at the Langendorf Wind Farm in Saxony-Anhalt. The project, which lasted nearly 16 months, involved the installation of five new Vesta V162 wind turbines, doubling the wind farm's capacity from 22.5 MW to 43 MW. This upgrade is expected to generate over 100 million kWh of green electricity annually and save more than 50,000 tons of carbon emissions each year.

With an investment of approximately EUR 70 million, 3U HOLDING AG has significantly improved the efficiency and ecological output of the wind farm. The Langendorf site aims to supply energy to over 30,000 households. The project highlights the company's commitment to environmental sustainability and its strategic objectives in the renewable energy sector.
