The 2CRSi SA group has released figures relating to the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of April 30, 2026. This regulatory release informs that the company has 22,596,441 shares outstanding.
The total number of theoretical voting rights is 28,856,386, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 28,844,648. This difference is due to certain treasury shares, which do not carry voting rights.
