2CRSi SA: Status of voting rights and shares as of November 30, 2025
On December 18, 2025, 2CRSi SA published its monthly report on the total number of voting rights and shares as of November 30, 2025. According to Article L.233-8-II of the Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority, the company declares that it holds a total of 22,367,975 shares comprising the share capital.
Regarding voting rights, 2CRSi SA announced a total of 30,924,074 theoretical voting rights. Of this total, 30,911,130 voting rights are exercisable, this figure being adjusted to take into account shares deprived of voting rights, such as treasury shares.
