2CRSi SA: Capital Situation as of June 30, 2025

On July 9, 2025, 2CRSi SA published its press release regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its capital as of June 30, 2025. The report, transmitted by EQS Group, indicates that 2CRSi has 22,334,098 shares in total. The number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 29,910,423, while the exercisable voting rights total 29,891,170.

These exercisable voting rights take into account the number of shares deprived of this right, in particular due to treasury shares. This approach is in compliance with Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. Furthermore, 2CRSi SA, listed in Paris, designs computer servers dedicated to AI, with commercial activities extending to more than 50 countries.
