This decision, made by the Board of Directors, aims to verify the credibility of the company's operations over the last three completed fiscal years, which are the subject of the allegations in the report published on June 18, 2026.

The mission aims to assess the consistency and traceability of the Group's significant contracts and transactions. The final report of this investigation, expected in October 2026, will provide factual findings but does not constitute a full audit or certification of 2CRSi's financial statements. Initial findings are expected to be available in September 2026.
