2CRSi Confirms Authenticity of 194-Server Order

2CRSi SA has confirmed the legitimacy of a significant server order with a German customer. The 194-server transaction, involving Godì Blackwell Ultra servers, was initially announced on 9 June 2026. An independent expert, commissioned by 2CRSi’s Board of Directors, verified the order's authenticity following scrutiny initiated by a Grizzly Research report.

The investigation reviewed comprehensive documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, and financial records, confirming the order's existence, payment, and accounting. These payments were completed before delivery and recorded in the accounts for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.

These findings solely pertain to this transaction, with further reports on other matters from the Grizzly Research report expected when 2CRSi releases its full-year results.
