2026 Half-Year Results: Mare Nostrum Demonstrates Resilience
The Mare Nostrum group announces a halving of its net loss to -€2.1 million in the first half of 2026. Despite a revenue decline of 8% to €44.1 million, business has shown signs of recovery since May, particularly in recruitment, which grew by 18.8% thanks to Neptune RH Santé.
This decline is partly due to the sale of Altros and AT Patrimoine, which significantly impacted 2025 revenue. Nevertheless, the recovery in profitability is being felt, with a reduction in losses on financial and exceptional operating items.
The improvement in the financial structure is significant. Net debt has turned negative at -€3.2 million, and shareholders' equity has recovered to -€1.7 million. Mare Nostrum, confident in its performance, anticipates a stronger second half thanks to expected growth in activity and tight cost management.
