2025 Annual Results: Eiffel Tower Company
In 2025, Société de la Tour Eiffel demonstrated its resilience despite a polarized real estate market in France. Demand for office space fell by 9%, but the company delivered flagship projects while maintaining robust financial management. The value of its assets stands at €1.6 billion. Thanks to a €598.8 million capital increase, the debt ratio decreased significantly. However, gross rental income declined by 4.4%, and the consolidated net result showed a loss of €63.9 million.
