New member of QSC Management Board
Cologne, November 18, 2008 - Joachim Trickl (49) has been appointed to the
Management Board of QSC AG today. As of February 1, 2009, he will be
responsible for promoting operative and sales development of the three
business units Managed Services, Products and Wholesale.
One important focus will be stepping up the marketing of an integrated
service and product portfolio for SME customers. Trickl will succeed Bernd
Puschendorf (58), Management Board member for Sales and Marketing, who will
still be available as an advisor from February 2009 onwards, ensuring a
smooth transition in customer relations.
Joachim Trickl has been Managing Director of Reliance Globalcom/Vanco GmbH
since 2002, responsible for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. A
post-graduated physicist, his career in telecommunications began at network
operator Equant where he took up a number of sales positions, among others
in the areas of Integration Services and Network Services. After the merger
with Global One, he was made responsible for German sales at Equant and
Global One. Trickl began his career at GE Medical Systems.
