Dynavisions Schweiz AG Capital Increase
Rotkreuz (Switzerland), 18 November 2008 - Novavisions AG, which is
invested in various 'Digital Life' companies, informs about portfolio
changes.
A group of investors will sign a significant capital increase, if all of
their proposals get approved by the extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of
Dynavisions Schweiz AG held on December 10, 2008. Changes at the Management
Board and the Board of Directors will take place. And a firm will emerge,
which will take shares in undervalued companies. Novavisions will remain
invested with a minority stake, which cannot be exactly amounted before the
capital increase has been fully carried out.
The current IP TV operations of Dynavisions Schweiz AG shall be continued
in the Software area only in a spin-off, capitalized by new investors and
without stock listing.
Novavisions portfolio valuation will be affected by these changes, which
will result in extraordinary expenses.
The shares of Dynavisions Schweiz AG will remain listed at Open Market of
the Frankfurt stock under WKN A0MVBY.
